During this teacher training course, you will receive Master level training which techniques will equip you with the knowledge and wisdom required to accomplish personal transformation for yourself and guide your future students on their own journey. This teacher training will help you take your knowledge and teachings to the next level with in-depth understanding of the mechanisms of meditation, enabling you to confidently lead others to become teachers and leaders in the practice of Meditation.
Upon completion of this course, you will receive 500 level Meditation Alliance International certificate that qualifies you to teach with confidence in all contexts and adjust your teachings to your audience anywhere in the world

What is Meditation?

MeditationMeditation, Yoga Nidra, and various relaxation techniques are included in the Meditation Teacher Training course. You will be introduced to dynamic and still meditation. In addition to this, you will learn a variety of tools to help unlock your inner wisdom and access your true potential.

MantraThe science of sound vibrations will be explored during the teacher training. Chanting Mantras generates vibrations which are fundamental tools leads to improved concentration and a calm focused mind. Simple Sanskrit Mantras will be translated and clearly explained. So, by the need of the course, you’ll walk away with an introduction to another language as well!

He also founded the Grand Master Yoga® and Grand Master Meditation® Courses. UTKARSH WILL BE LEAD TEACHER ON THIS COURSE.
Utkarsh was the first to bring Transformational Yoga® to New Zealand in 2015. Yoga & Meditation Master, Lecturer at Unitec, Artist, Graphic Designer, Musician and Poet, is a direct disciple of Swami Vidyanand and has a wide range of expertise in the subject. He has been living here since and has influenced and guided several Kiwi and international students and teachers since.
Having taught people from across the globe and worked with Corporates, Armed Forces, Schools, Celebrities and trained several Yoga & Meditation Teachers across the world. His simple and practical way of explaining and relating the practices in a modern and contemporary context will enable and empower you to make a genuine difference in your state of mind and expand your consciousness.
DISHA SANJANWALA
TEACHER & KIDS EXPERT
Disha is a beautiful soul, whose deep spirituality, loving nature and joyfulness is contagious. A School Teacher in Auckland, Disha has studied Transformational as well as Traditional Yoga. She has a background in corporate advertising and is now immersed in education and working for the Divine cause. She believes that all human beings need to connect within to be truly happy. Disha enjoys sharing this special practise, with this intention of service to others in mind.
Marjolein Van Leeuwen
GUEST TEACHER
Marjolein runs a home yoga studio in Auckland, where is specialises in woman’s health. She is originally from the Netherlands and since 2016 based in New Zealand. She has studied at yoga institutions in Netherlands, India, Myanmar and New Zealand in Transformational Yoga, Classical Hatha yoga, Restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra. Since becoming a mum she has specialised in Pre- and Postnatal yoga and teaches weekly classes to support woman in preparation for motherhood and mama unwind classes. Marjolein: “It is a privilege to be part of such a delicate time of a woman’s life.”
