  • TIME Meditation®
    TIME meditation means Transformational Integral Meditation Education. It combines physical meditation, prana meditation, mind meditation and psychic meditation as well as other techniques aimed at transforming oneself and connecting one with the higher Self. TIME Meditation leads to a permanent shift in consciousness that is moving and transcending continuously towards the larger truths of life. Practicing meditation induces harmony and peace, helping and supporting the endeavour to evolve constantly towards a positive manifestation of higher forces in practical life.
  • Meditation
    Meditation, Yoga Nidra, and various relaxation techniques are included in the Meditation Teacher Training course. You will be introduced to dynamic and still meditation. In addition to this, you will learn a variety of tools to help unlock your inner wisdom and access your true potential.
  • Mantra
    The science of sound vibrations will be explored during the teacher training. Chanting Mantras generates vibrations which are fundamental tools leads to improved concentration and a calm focused mind. Simple Sanskrit Mantras will be translated and clearly explained. So, by the need of the course, you’ll walk away with an introduction to another language as well!
  • Theory & Philosophy
    Introduction to the different philosophies and understandings of meditation, Yogic anatomy and psychology. Gain a real understanding of Meditation from a real Master. De-bunk the myths and common misconceptions around the practice of Meditation.
  • Chakras & Kundalini
    Demystify these often misunderstood or over exaggerated concepts and experience and gain a practical and simple understanding of Chakras in everyday life.
  • Simple Asana
    to explore and learn the science behind the physical practice. The proposed asanas are suitable for everyone from beginners to advanced and offer a holistic approach to health while focusing on chakra activation and energy circulation in the bodies.
  • Teaching Methodology (only on Teacher Training Module)
    Learn to teach small and large groups. Effective teaching practices and communication skills that will equip you to become a confident and articulate Teacher. You will be taught various practices, packages and sets, enabling you to have a wide range of pre-prepped classes that enable you to teach freely and confidently.

SWAMI VIDYANAND WILL TEACH ON THIS COURSE VIA ZOOM FROM TIME TO TIME AND THE COURSE WILL BE CONDUCTED BY UTKARH UNDER HIS DIRECT GUIDANCE

World Yoga Federation is founded by Swami Vidyanand, a renowned Traditional Yoga and Transformational Yoga Master from India who created Transformational Yoga, founded SriMa International School of Transformational Yoga, and is also the Founder of the World Yoga Federation,  Yoga Alliance InternationalMeditation Alliance InternationalYoga Alliance IndiaYoga Alliance EuropeYoga Alliance Africa - organizations devoted to nurturing authentic Yoga traditions throughout the world and foster a community of Authentic Yoga & Meditation teachers, schools and practitioners. He also founded the Grand Master Yoga® and Grand Master Meditation® Courses. Born in a family of Bhakti Yogi's of an unbroken tradition of over 500 years, Swamiji received his initiation into the Spiritual and Yogic practices at an early age and was trained by Swami Satyananda Saraswati (Founder of the Bihar School of Yoga) among other great Masters.

Lead Teacher

Utkarsh was the first to bring Transformational Yoga®  to New Zealand in 2015. Yoga & Meditation Master, Lecturer at Unitec, Artist, Graphic Designer, Musician and Poet, is a direct disciple of Swami Vidyanand and has a wide range of expertise in the subject. He has been living here since and has influenced and guided several Kiwi and international students and teachers since.

Having taught people from across the globe and worked with Corporates, Armed Forces, Schools, Celebrities and trained several Yoga & Meditation Teachers across the world. His simple and practical way of explaining and relating the practices in a modern and contemporary context will enable and empower you to make a genuine difference in your state of mind and expand your consciousness.

DISHA SANJANWALA
Guest Teacher

Disha is a beautiful soul, whose deep spirituality, loving nature and joyfulness is contagious. A School Teacher in Auckland, Disha has studied Transformational as well as Traditional Yoga. She has a background in corporate advertising and is now immersed in education and working for the Divine cause. She believes that all human beings need to connect within to be truly happy. Disha enjoys sharing this special practise, with this intention of service to others in mind.
